John Machuga - Middle Distance
- 26 years of competitive running on the Track, Road, Cross country, Trail, and Ultra in distances ranging from 100m to 100km.
-Won 4 medals (2 gold, 2 bronze) at National competitions as a Junior and Masters runner.

Sandy Mills - JD Program
Sandy Mills loves the energy of all the JD's and Track Rascals working hard for their respective coaches, and watching them progress through the season towards their individual goals. The smiles and high fives are worth their weight in gold. With her career as a life coach Sandy brings many skills to her role as a JD track coach. She holds her NCCP Sport Coach designation.

As a Master athlete: Competed in track, road and cross country for 32 years. Completed 9 marathons under 3 hours.
Awards: 3 x Kajaks Master Athlete of the year. City of Richmond, Master Athlete of The year. City of Richmond, Builder of the year.(For volunteer work). City of Richmond Coach of the year. Kajaks Coach of the year.
Hedley Larson - Throws

Father of Three kids Two boys (21 Chase & 19 Rhys) and one girl (16 Carly)
Wonderful understanding wife that I have been married to for (24 yrs) fantastic years (Lisa Larsen.)
I attended Bishop Carrol High school in Calgary and graduated 1982, I played football and competed in track and field winning the City and provincial championship in Discus also won the shot put for the city and placed second for the province. I went on to compete in the Canada Games in 1985 that were held in St John's NewBrunswick. I have been coaching all my adult life. Hockey, soccer, baseball, & Now track and field throwing events. I still compete in the discus event in the masters division.
